Season 1 covers the first 30 chapters of the book "The Wool" – the book has 82 chapters.. The fans on the floor spin in the wrong direction in various episodes, due to the orientation of the blades.
I just started watching this show
WatchMojo shows: Top 10 TV Shows of 2023 You Need to Overeat (2023). Something stood out from the start. The actors’ voices are very clear. My compliments to the famous people, it’s a small miracle.
Maybe it has to do with the acoustics of the silo?
I very often have a hard time hearing what the actors are saying in shows and movies. But I don’t think so, I think it’s down to the work of the very good sound people in the movies who record and edit the actors’ voices. It’s rare to hear the actors’ voices with such amazing clarity. It’s almost like hearing the actors’ voices in a theater, it’s so good.
I really liked it
I’m a few episodes in now and I like the acting and the story. There are good characters well portrayed and something is slowly unraveling, given the history of the silo and the operational details. I’m not sure where it’s all going yet, but it’s really getting to me. I’ve finished the first episode now.
There’s a significant element at the end that’s identical to the reveal in the movie
To avoid spoilers, I won’t say the name of the movie, but I’m sure others know the one I’m referring to if they’ve seen it. It didn’t diminish my enjoyment of The Silo and I’m not sure who first came up with the idea anyway, because I don’t know when the book that The Silo was based on was written.
